Book a Ride
Call us to plan your trip. We will find a time that works for your doctor visit. Please call a few days early. This helps us make sure a kind driver is ready to pick you up on time.
Who We Can Serve
We help families in Wayne, Iron, and Reynolds County. We drive you to check-ups and doctor visits. If you have Medicaid or other insurance, we will handle the details and help you get through the process.
A Safe Trip Home
When your visit finishes, your driver will be there to take you home. We stay with you from your front door to the doctor and back. We want you to feel safe and cared for during the whole trip.

How do I get a ride?
The best way is to call us or sign up online. Please call at least three days before your doctor visit. This helps us make sure we have a driver and a car ready for your trip.
Do you help with insurance?
Yes. We work with Medicaid and other insurance plans. Our team will talk to them for you. We make sure your ride is paid for and okayed by the insurance group.
Can I bring a walker?
Yes. Our rides are safe for everyone. We have space for most walkers and wheelchairs that fold up. If you need special help getting in and out, just let us know when you call.
How much does it cost?
Most of our clients do not pay anything. We work with Medicaid and insurance to cover the price. We do the hard paperwork for you so you can just focus on getting better.
What do I need to bring?
Bring your ID and your Medicaid or insurance card. Also bring any papers from your doctor. If you use a walker, please tell us when you book so we can be ready.
Is my visit private?
Your privacy is a big deal to us. We follow all laws to keep your health facts safe. We keep your info private just like your doctor does. Your secrets are safe here.
