How Our Services Work
Request a Ride
Call our team to set up your ride. We are here to listen and help you find the best time for your doctor visit. It is best to call a few days early so we can make sure a friendly driver is ready for you.
Qualified Areas & Care
We serve families living in Wayne, Iron, and Reynolds County. We support rides to regular clinic visits, wellness checks, and special medical appointments. If you have Medicaid or need help with insurance, we will coordinate everything for you.
Safe Return Home
After your visit is done, your driver will be there to take you back home safely. We make sure you get from your door to the doctor and back without any stress. We want you to feel cared for every step of the way.

How do I schedule a ride?
The best way to schedule is to call us directly or use our online booking form. We suggest calling at least three days before your appointment to make sure we have a driver ready for you.
Will you help with insurance?
Yes! We specialize in coordinating with Medicaid and other insurance plans. Our team acts as an advocate to make sure your transportation is covered and approved.
Are your vehicles accessible?
We aim to make our rides safe and comfortable for everyone. We can accommodate common folding wheelchairs and walkers. If you have specific needs, please talk with us ahead of time.
What does the service cost?
Many of our clients pay nothing out of pocket. We work closely with insurance and Medicaid to coordinate costs. We help you handle the paperwork so you can focus on your health.
What should I bring?
Please bring your ID, your insurance or Medicaid card, and any paperwork from your doctor. If you need a walker or other help, just let us know when you book your ride.

Your privacy is very important to us. We follow all federal laws to keep your medical and personal details private and secure, just like your doctor’s office does.
